I don’t know exactly what you are looking to do by your question?  
1 boiler HP = 34.5#/hr.  You will need to take into account system losses, efficiency of heat transfer method in your oven and other steam loads.

4675#/hr / 34.5#/hr = 136bhp; But you have to also figure in all of your losses, efficiency and other loads.
